Why It Matters
Hundreds of lawmakers and representatives, from all sides of the political spectrum, all around the world use transgender people as a target for political hate mongering and fear campaigns. This is not only extremely hurtful, but unimaginably dangerous as well. Hundreds of transgender people are murdered or die by suicide directly because of these laws.
How to Make a Difference
The easiest and most effective way to make a difference for our trans siblings is to contact your local member of government via letter or email, and demand they take a stand for transgender rights.

Charities such as The Trevor Project and Egale require donations from people like you to save trans lives
Join an advocacy group
Many towns and cities around the world have local trans advocacy groups responsible for organizing protests and defending trans community members
Educate friends & family
Many people have fallen victim to the lies and disinformation campaigns led by anti-trans grifters. You must educate those close to you about the true statistics and numbers.
